The Ka'anapali Beach Club offers full line Concierge Services with two service desks located on our main lobby level: Our "Activity Pavillion" and our "VIP Guest Services" Desk. Both desks are open daily from 7:00AM until 8:00PM on the main lobby level.

Our friendly and knowledgeable Concierge staff provides our guests with a full range of personal services:

The concierge staff hosts the Ka'anapali Beach Club’s very popular "Island Orientation Breakfast", which is a complimentary buffet breakfast offered to all of our guests on the first morning, following your arrival. Our expert staff will provide you with an informative and entertaining presentation while you enjoy breakfast. You'll learn all about the island of Maui and the best sights to see and you may schedule your activity reservations immediately following the orientation. Door prize drawings, entertainment, and exclusive discounts on some of the islands most popular activities are offered during the Island Orientation.

We are located in the lower level ballroom and offer two seatings every day at 8:00AM and 9:30AM, no reservations are required.
